30-Day Return Policy

Clothing returns must be in it's original condition with tags still attached to be eligible. Simply initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery to receive a full refund or exchange.

We want you to love what you purchased – but understand fit or other factors may necessitate returns when criteria are met during the 30 day window. Please submit your return or exchange request by emailing hello@poppyatelier.com.
