Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped to the United States and European Union countries are sent DDP (Delivered Duties Paid), meaning duties and taxes are included at checkout - no additional charges upon delivery.

For orders shipped to countries outside of the US and EU, customers may be responsible for paying any applicable duties and taxes upon delivery. If an international order is refused or returned due to customs duties or taxes, POPPY ATLR is unable to provide a refund or reship the order. Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes associated with international orders.



Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order has been placed it cannot be changed. You may request to cancel within 1-2 business days, but it is not guaranteed once packing/shipping begins. Email hello@poppyatelier.com. Approved cancellations are refunded within 1-2 business days.

Return Policy

POPPY ATLR offers free returns within 30 days on all non-accessory order items. All accessories are considered final sale.

 
Accessories including headwear, eyewear, socks, bags, and anything listed under the Accessories category on the website (poppyatelier.com) are a final sale regardless of condition, with no returns or exchanges accepted. We cannot make exceptions based on items being unused or having original tags still attached.
For all non-accessory items, clothing returns must be in it's original condition with tags still attached to be eligible. Simply initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery to receive a full refund or exchange.
We want you to love what you purchased – but understand fit or other factors may necessitate returns when criteria are met during the 30 day window. Please submit your return or exchange request by emailing hello@poppyatelier.com.
