Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped to the United States and European Union countries are sent DDP (Delivered Duties Paid), meaning duties and taxes are included at checkout - no additional charges upon delivery.

For orders shipped to countries outside of the US and EU, customers may be responsible for paying any applicable duties and taxes upon delivery. If an international order is refused or returned due to customs duties or taxes, POPPY ATLR is unable to provide a refund or reship the order. Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes associated with international orders.



Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order has been placed it cannot be changed. You may request to cancel within 1-2 business days, but it is not guaranteed once packing/shipping begins. Email hello@poppyatelier.com. Approved cancellations are refunded within 1-2 business days.

Returns and Exchanges

Items can be returned within 30 days of fulfillment for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition. Once received and inspected, refunds process within 5 days and exchanges reship within 5 days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
